Pre-Arrival Deliveries – Ready When You Arrive

For our Reset Club guests, we offer a convenient pre-arrival delivery service. Simply place your order at least 48 hours before check-in, and we’ll ensure your selected items are thoughtfully placed in your vacation space before you arrive.

Start your stay with a fully stocked retreat and focus on what matters most: relaxing, reconnecting and enjoying the Catskills.

When placing your order, please include the following information in the Note field upon check-out:

  • The name on your reservation
  • The name of the property where you’re staying
  • Your requested delivery time (if ordering after check-in)

This information helps us ensure timely and accurate delivery.

    Please place your order at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time.

  • What’s Included

    We’ll prepare and arrange your items in your rental, so everything is ready when you walk through the door.

  • Availability

    This service is available exclusively for Reset Club guests staying at one of our properties.

On-Demand Deliveries – During Your Stay

Need something extra after you’ve checked in? We’re here to help!

For orders placed after your check-in time, we offer an on-demand delivery service for additional essentials and treats.

When placing your order, be sure to include the following information in the Note field upon check-out:

  • The name on your reservation
  • The name of the property where you’re staying
  • Your requested delivery time (if ordering after check-in)
  • Minimum Order

    A minimum order of $100 is required for on-demand delivery.

  • Delivery Fee

    There is a delivery fee of up to $35, which helps cover the cost of ensuring timely and convenient service in our rural area.

  • Delivery Time

    We’ll do our best to arrive as close to your requested delivery time as possible, but please note that deliveries may take up to 12 hours to complete (although we strive to deliver within a few hours). For orders placed in the evening, deliveries may arrive the following morning.

Staying at Another Vacation Rental in the Catskills?

We’re happy to extend our delivery service to guests staying at other vacation rentals in the area, depending on distance and availability.

If you’re staying nearby and would like to order from The Reset Shop, please contact us before placing your order to confirm that we can complete your delivery. Note that all non-Reset Club deliveries carry a $200 minimum and $35 delivery fee.
